Kailey was born and raised in Vicksburg, a small village just south of Portage. She joined Lakeview Animal Hospital in February 2018 while she was still attending Vicksburg High School. She started  through a Co-op job with Vicksburg High School, and now she is a Veterinary Assistant.  She has always had a passion for animals ever since she was a little girl, and since a very young age wanted to be a Veterinarian.  After taking the EFE (Education for Employment) classes Animal Technology and Veterinary Science her last two years of High school, she was placed in an internship at another clinic.  She then decided she wanted to be a Veterinary Technician instead.  Right now she is enrolled in an online Veterinary Technician program through San Juan College in New Mexico. 

 While not at work, or doing school work, Kailey likes spending time with her family, husband and friends.
