If you choose to remain curbside please know that we are treating your pets with the utmost compassion and care while in the building. We know how hard it is to be away from them during their visit but rest assured that we do whatever possible to make them comfortable and happy during their visit!
A receptionist will take your information and then an assistant or technician will call you back to get the pertinent information for the visit. Please know the call could be coming from an unrecognizable number.
Following check-in with the assistant or technician, they will ask you to meet us at the door for your pet’s visit.
The doctor will do their exam and then call you with any findings or recommendations.
If any additional preventative care or laboratory testing is recommended, the doctor will contact you before doing so.
We will ask you to go through our drive-thru window to pay.
