Just as we strive to provide excellent service for our clients, we ask that you kindly respect all of the hardworking employees here at Lakeview Animal Hospital. To keep our staff safe, please note that the following behaviors will not be tolerated: foul, sexist, racist, or derogatory language; inappropriate physical contact; throwing items at or around staff members; threatening language or actions; refusal to appropriately restrain or medicate aggressive animals; refusal to pay for services rendered. Incidences of these behaviors will be recorded, and if deemed necessary, management reserves the right to terminate service at any time.

Medical records can be sent with owners to allow for consistency of care. Our staff works very hard every day for our patients, and this policy ensures that they can continue to work here for many years to come. We greatly respect your cooperation and compassion and look forward to continuing our relationship with you and your furry family!
