Phoenix is a veterinary assistant who joined the team in 2024. Originally from the small village of Sanford, they moved to Kalamazoo to study Film at Western Michigan University. But their passion for animals shifted them to the veterinary field, and they received their veterinary assistant certificate from Ross in 2017. They have a house full of pets, including five cats (Tali, Alice, Thane, Druid, and Grub) and two dogs (Leia and Jester). In their free time they enjoy playing video games, dungeons and dragons, and napping.
